Representative Tilton objected and withdrew the objection. Representative Eastman objected. The question being: "Shall CSHB 246(FIN) be adopted in lieu of the original bill?" Reletter the following subsection accordingly. Page 4, lines 23 - 29: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 5, lines 10 - 14: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill section accordingly. Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Kreiss-Tomkins objected. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Claman be excused from a call of the House today. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" There was objection. Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 246(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection.
